Emman Cardeño

Emman Cardeño (b. 1996) is a self-taught artist based in Bulacan. He studied Computer Engineering at Bulacan State University, where he developed a strong technical foundation that informs his disciplined approach to painting. Working primarily with oil paint, Cardeño is known for his hyper-realistic "Gold Series," in which he transforms everyday objects—often toys—into luminous, gold-rendered forms. His works explore themes of power, luxury, and playfulness, reflecting on the nostalgia and value of youth through a refined contemporary lens. He has participated in 11 group exhibitions, 2 solo exhibitions, and an international exhibition in Singapore.
